Rajko Ivanović
CEO
Rajko assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at CRE International in 2010, steering the company with a steadfast commitment to stability and growth amongst dynamic market conditions.
His unwavering dedication to service excellence has been instrumental in uniting and cultivating a team of professionals who thrive under his leadership. Educated at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Rajko has honed his leadership skills through various managerial positions throughout his career.
His extensive experience spans diverse projects across regions including the Russian Federation, Libya, Iraq, Angola, Ukraine, Serbia, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
Vladimir Ivanović
Managing Director
Vladimir holds the position of Managing Director at CRE International. While his primary responsibilities encompass guiding the company's strategy and fostering growth, he remains intricately involved in the operational side of projects.
He diligently oversees day-to-day project activities and maintains open lines of communication with the project delivery teams.
Demonstrating his commitment to fostering market diversity, Vladimir has spearheaded the establishment of multiple branch offices.
Since joining the company in 2011, Vladimir has consistently pursued new achievements, prioritizing growth and the implementation of best practices while nurturing the corporate culture.
Katarina Popović
Chief Architect
Katarina’s practical expertise in project delivery spans over twenty years of working in construction industry sector. She joined a team almost fifteen years ago as a young practitioner holding a degree of Faculty of Architecture of University of Belgrade.
Throughout a period of time, she achieved excellent professional growth and became a Chief Architect of CRE. Katarina has successfully represented a company on major international projects and has been responsible mostly for managing design review processes, technical acceptance of facilities and commissioning works, as well as tenant coordination within facilities hosting more than 300 tenants.
Her valuable input and systematic approach in setting procedures and preparation of guidelines, handbooks and similar documents facilitated in lot talent development process in CRE, while she remains focused in her ambition for driving best practice across our service delivery.
Anđelko Rističević
Business Development Manager
By gaining his university education in engineering at Faculty of Electrical Engineering, University of Belgrade, Andjelko has managed to prove his distinction in technical skills during the first part of his career, by participating many international projects from site engineering to complete management of works within his area of expertise.
Proven by his technical skills and in correlation with great soft skills, very soon Andjelko advanced to managing some of the largest development projects in Serbia.
In 2023, Andjelko joined CRE International at the position of Business Development Manager, being responsible for client acquisition, new technology implementation and development of new services.
In addition to his impressive professional journey, it's noteworthy that Andjelko is an accomplished Olympian, having competed in marathon.
Nemanja Stanković
Corporate Counsel
Nemanja was appointed as CRE’s Corporate Counsel back in 2017 and since then he has been working on ensuring company’s legal compliance, taking care of fulfilling permitting requirements both for companies within the system and engineers and serving as an indispensable legal support for CRE’s projects and people.
Nemanja oversees all aspects of CRE’s legal function across the locations of company’s market presence.
By gaining educational background at Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade and working in construction industry for more than fifteen years, Nemanja managed to match vast legal knowledge and construction industry practice, imposing his experience and knowledge as an important business factor of our company.
