Atrium 63 is a modern residential and business complex located in New Belgrade block 63. It consists of two buildings connected by the underground garage. This complex was constructed in two phases: in phase 1 - underground garage and residential building, in phase 2 - office building.

Residential building have 18 retail units with galleries on the ground floor and apartments on upper floors (total of 94, with different configuration). According to its form, this building is of an atrium type – composed of four blocks situated around common inner-yard with greenery and pedestrian paths.

CRE International has carried out the Technical Control of Main Design on this project.
