Tri Lista Duvana is an A-Class Office Building located in the Belgrade city center, at the corner of Kralja Aleksandra Boulevard and Kneza Milosa Street. It is a complex divided in two phases.

Phase I consists of two underground levels which provide parking space, and 8 aboveground floors with a gallery, which offer mixed use: retail on the ground floor and office space above. Phase II is in the pre-design stage, planned to be an extension of the phase I building. The main features of this project are comfort, flexibility-in-use and energy efficiency.

CRE International team conducted complete technical project management, tendering procedures and construction supervision.
