Hotel Courtyard by Marriott is located in a very center of Belgrade, at the Square of the Republic, right next to the National Theatre and National Museum.
It is a reconstruction and adaptation of former office building of Jugodrvo company.
New hotel from Marriott hotel chain is designed mainly for business people and tourists. It will significantly improve the quality of accommodation facilities in Belgrade. Hotel consists of ground floor, seven aboveground and two underground floors, that will have 114 hotel rooms, a conference hall, restaurant and other amenities.
CRE International has carried out Technical Control of the Main Design on this project.
