Atrium 63

Atrium 63 is a modern residential and business complex located in New Belgrade block 63. It is consisted of 2 buildings connected by underground garage. This complex will be constructed in two phases: in phase 1 - underground garage and residential building, in phase 2 - office building.

Residential building will have 18 retail units with galleries on the groundfloor and apartments on upper floors (total of 94, with different configuration). According to its form, this building is of an atrium type – composed of four blocks situated around common inner-yard with greenery and pedestrian paths.

This project is in final phase of Master Design and obtaining Building Permit.
