Ušće Shopping Center
USCE Shopping Center is the largest shopping gallery in Serbia and the region. It is located in New Belgrade nearby the USCE Tower.
The centre is a joint development of MPC Properties and Merrill Lynch representing a € 150 million investment. It accommodates cca 150 shops of international brands, restaurants and leisure outlets with the entertainment area (multiplex cinema with 11 screens, bowling alley, casino, kids playground etc).
CRE International conducted complete project management, tendering procedures and construction supervision.
