It is consisted of 2 residential towers, each of 23 floors, connected with podium buildings on ground floor level and with common garage on 2 underground levels. There is an open yard inside the complex with landscaping, children’s playground and other facilities. Apartments of various types and size are oriented towards the river or park, and the towers are called “Vista” and “Parkview”. There are business and retail units, cafes and restaurants, and in one part a kindergarten located in lower part of the complex – podium.
